PREPARATION

Print Preview a Web page
Before printing any document whether it be a letter written in Word or a Web page it is always advisable to Preview it to ensure that what is sent to the printer is what you require. In Internet Explorer 7.0 the Print Preview command is available from the Print menu.

Changing Web page orientation and paper size
Before printing any web page from Internet Explorer it should be noted that it is also possible to change the paper orientation to either Portrait or Landscape and also to change the size of the paper it is printed on (subject to the appropriate paper being in the printer). Again the Page Setup command is available from the Print menu.

Change Web page margins
Before printing any web page from Internet Explorer it should be noted that it is also possible to change the Margins of the page when it is printed. Again the Page Setup command is available from the Print menu.

PRINTING

Web pages can be printed out in a number of different ways. These include printing:

the entire web page
printing specific web pages
printing a specific frame
printing selected text only
printing multiple copies of the selected web page

All of these options are available in the Print dialogue window when selected from the Print menu in Internet Explorer. The options available will vary depending on the nature of the web page currently open and/or whether you have highlighted specific text to print out.
